Capro offer's bespoke activity programmes to suit the client, to do this we are reliant on bookings being made as far in advance as possible, usually 1 month minimum, this allows us to secure the associate instructors to carry out this work.

Capro has an initial booking form which needs to be signed and returned to us before we can confirm your booking, this can be found as a PDF download in the “Reports” section.
As with most outdoor activities we are bound by The City of Edinburgh Council, AALA and Capro as a company to complete Parental Consent paperwork. If you are a City of Edinburgh establishment you will also need to submit an EE1 form to the council’s outdoor education department. As Capro is a City of Edinburgh Council Approved Provider, you do not need to include risk assessments with your EE1.
Getting returned Parental Consent forms can sometimes be time consuming. To speed this process up we have the forms as a PDF download in the “Reports” section. Capro need to have the original signed Capro consent forms back to us a minimum of 1 week before the activity is due to commence.
Capro follow The City of Edinburgh and AALA guidelines for working ratios and for the majority of activities the ratio is 1 instructor to 8 participants. Some activities are higher, for further information regarding ratios and your particular requirements please contact the office.
